Our Philosophy
We are a group of youth football coaches dedicated to teaching young men important life lessons through the sport of football. We have over 35 years of combined football coaching experience with a tradition of excellence. It is our sincere belief that character development is critical to the long term success of the young men in our community. We coach the sport of football because we believe it teaches the important character development skills of mental toughness, discipline and team work in ways that other sports cannot.

We do not believe that winning is a bad thing. In fact we believe that achievement is a good thing that should be encouraged! In life we all succeed based upon the effort we put in to achieve our goals. We believe that teaching kids the importance of effort, discipline and dedication and how that relates to achievement prepares them for life. We will not sacrifice our integrity to win but make no mistake, We play to win!
